With over 10 years experience within the yoga industry, both in Sweden and United States I have over the last years stated to focus on “company yoga classes”. I have seen the need to meet people where they are and give a different view of what yoga is and could be.

In our busy society we sometimes forget to take a deep breath, and are not aware of how our daily life effects both our body and mind. When was the last time you thought about how you were sitting, standing or moving?
