Push Your Edges

Lina Lindahl

Lina Lindahl is a Yoga Alliance certified Vinyasa Flow Instructor, business owner and entrepreneur. She has a way of bridging her love for movement with her passion of helping others. From a young age movement has been with her, especially soccer who is still one of her favorite sports.

She has been in the health industry for a decade and in 2014 she took the leap to focus solely on what was true to her heart. Lina has since taught yoga both nationally and internationally, and in 2015 she was awarded  Sweden’s yoga instructor of the year.

Her teaching reflect the numerous teachers she has had the opportunity to study under, to mention a few; Mimi Rieger, Angela Meyer, Seane Corn, Kathryn Budig, Tiffany Chruikshank, David Kyle and Gail Harris.

The core of Lina’s teaching style lies in connecting the body, mind and spirit. Lina use her intuitive abilities to read the room and therefore tailors each yoga class according to the energy of the group and individuals that are there.
She constantly pushes her students to take what they learn about themselves on the mat, off the mat. Expect to #pushyouredges in her classes and tap into your strength. Lina is known for her creative and playful sequences where you get to move through the whole body leaving the students feel a sense of bliss both within the body and the mind.

In the last couple of years she has focused on bringing yoga into the wider society, and has a specialty in meeting people where they are. She has been successful at tailoring yoga classes to all types of businesses and industries and she’s at the forefront of broadening the yoga scene. Lina is passionate about creation and want to invite both experience yogis as well as the curious beginner to a concept of “modern yoga”.

Each year Lina offers a 200-hour Vinyasa Flow Teachers Training in Malmö Sweden which is divided into 5 modules over the course of 5 months. The students are guided to find their voice, trust in their power and learn how to communicate their truth. The main focus of the training lies in teaching, sequencing and the role of the teacher. 2023 will be the 7th training she’ll run and you’ll find many yoga teachers that gone through her training at some of the most popular studios both in Malmö and elsewhere.

Come with an open mind and an open heart!
