About Lina: Recently named Sweden's yoga instructor of the year, Lina Lindahl is a full-time Yoga Instructor and Reiki Healer. The core of Lina’s teaching style lies in connecting the body, mind, and spirit. She constantly pushes her students to take what they learn about themselves on the mat off of the mat. Expect to push yourself in her workshops and tap into your strength.

Join Lina Lindahl in Stack and Soar, a strong and subtle workshop designed to teach you how to balance on your arms to invert. Instead of just pushing through, using strength and force, you’ll learn the mechanics and understand the postures of stacking to lift off into bound headstand, tripod headstand, and other fun variations of going upside down. An open mind and a smile will help you through this fun and challenging workshop.
Special Event Class: Flow Marathon
Just named Sweden’s yoga teacher of the year, join Lina Lindahl for Marathon Flow, her core offering of moderate to fast paced sequencing, incorporating 1 breath per pose, with a seamless transition into arm balances and inversions to complete the practice. Beginners with some yoga experience to advanced practitioners encouraged.

Marathon Flow, is a core offering of a fast paced sequencing, incorporating one breath flow, with seamless transition where you will learn to face you ego, get into motions of flight or fight as well as understanding your own strength. The class incorporates four advanced postures all with 5 breaths/pose (crow pose, forearmstand, handstand and headstand), the important thing here is do be able to know the postures so that you are able to modify if you are not able to do the full posture in the middle of the room just yet. At the end of the class we finish up with some restorative postures.

What happens in between the postures are often forgotten, but are just as important. What is a transition and how do we approach them at different parts throughout the practice? Learn how to open up and lighten up, float forward and jump back, float through and float back. You will leave this workshop with a new understanding of your yoga practice.
