Lina Lindahl

Lina Lindahl is a full-time Yoga Instructor, Yoga Alliance certified E-RYT 200-hour Vinyasa Yoga teacher, and a Reiki Healer In 2015 she was awarded Sweden's yoga instructor of the year.

She grew up playing soccer unfortunately a knee injury prevented her from playing, and she began searching for another challenge. Years later, she found yoga. After her first Vinyasa class that she took during stressful times of graduate school and full-time work, there was no turning back. Yoga opened up a new path for Lina and she has been on her mat ever since.

Lina’s teachings and practice reflect the many teachers she’s been fortunate enough to learn from and study under. Mimi Rieger taught her the importance of a mindful practice with integrity. Gail Harris introduced her to the structure and philosophy of the Ashtanga yoga system. Angela Meyer helped her tap into her strong feminine voice. Seane Corn paved the way and taught Lina how to integrate, not only the body and the mind into the practice of yoga, but also the spirit – something she learnt at the intensive training, "Off the Mat into the World". All this, along with numerous workshops and classes from internationally recognized instructors, such as David Kyle, Kathryn Budig and Tiffany Cruikshank have impacted Lina’s teachings to always bring something fun, playful and anatomically safe for students.

The core of Lina’s teaching style lies in connecting the body, mind and spirit. She constantly pushes her students to take what they learn about themselves on the mat, off the mat. Expect to push your edges in her classes, tap into your strength – there is no ”I cannot” there is always a maybe. Learn how to flow between postures, take flight and continuously surprise yourself to #pushyouredges.

Come with an open mind and an open heart!
